The 46th Annual Cedarhurst Art and Craft Fair is this weekend.

Marketing Director Sarah Sledge says the craft fair will open from 4:30 to 9:30 Friday night and ten to five on Saturday and Sunday.

“We are excited we have got 90 plus artists going to be here this year.  Combination of commercial and non for profit food vendors this year.  In the past, we have always done just non for profit, but we have done a hybrid that started during covid as well.  And we have the kids area back this year as well so we are excited.”

Sledge says there will be a wide variety of crafters.

“Some glass artists, jewelry artists, there is one wood artist that makes decoys I know has been here for many years, we have several textile artists.  Some of the new people this year…there are new ceramics and then another that is a hybrid of using new and repurposing materials to create and we also have some metal artists.”

There will also be music over the three-day event.  A beer Garden is also be added featuring craft brews from Baum’s Bauhaus.

Admission is $5 for adults.  Children ten and under are free.  There are pay-to-park lots available on and near the Cedarhurst campus.

Cedarhurst Center for the Arts is located at 2600 Richview Road in Mt. Vernon.
