Police Beat for Friday, September 2nd, 2022

A 25-year-old Granite City man has been arrested by Centralia Police for alleged possession of meth, resisting arrest, and on a Madison County warrant for aggravated domestic battery.  Nicolas Cook was taken to the Marion County Jail.   Bond on the warrant is set at $50,000.

A 25-year-old Kell man has been arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies for domestic battery.   Braydon Gambill of Route 37 was taken into custody after deputies questioned him Thursday after an August 28th incident.

Centralia Police arrested 30-year-old Jordan McClaren of North Sycamore Street in Centralia for alleged domestic battery.

Centralia Police arrested 33-year-old Aaron Hubbard of East Broadway in Centralia on an outstanding felony failure to appear warrant.   Bond is set at $20,000.

Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 25-year-old Harvey Evans of Parker Road in Alma after questioning him about an August 30th incident where he allegedly kicked in a door to a home on the Iuka Road in rural Iuka during a domestic problem.   Evan was later released on a notice to appear in court for alleged criminal damage to property and criminal trespass to a residence.
