Centralia Police have arrested a 37-year-old Centralia man for home invasion, aggravated assault, unlawful use of a weapon, and intimidation. Marcelino Garcia-San Diego was taken to the Marion County Jail. No other details are yet available.
Centralia Police arrested 18-year-old Jacob Street of East Noleman in Centralia for burglary and theft.
Centralia Police arrested Robert Wells of Lincoln Street in Carlyle for alleged possession of meth and meth trafficking.
Salem Police arrested 32-year-old Anthony Hays of East Church in Salem for alleged possession of a controlled substance, possession of meth, and unlawful use of a weapon by a felon. Police report that Hays was allegedly found urinating in the 500 block of Allmon Street. Since he was on parole, he was searched and allegedly found in possession of what is believed to be fentanyl, another narcotic drug, and methamphetamine. Hays also allegedly had a stun gun leading to the weapons charge.
38-year-old Lloyd McMullen of North Broadway in Salem was arrested by Salem Police for alleged domestic battery, criminal damage to state-supported property, and resisting arrest. Police say McMullen damaged the door of a squad car by kicking it while allegedly resisting police.
Salem Police arrested 22-year-old Tony Rybacki of East Locust in Salem on an outstanding Marion County felony failure to appear warrant on a burglary conviction. He remains in jail in lieu of $3,000 bond.
A 28-year-old Centralia man, Richard Atchison of D’Ann Drive, was arrested by Centralia Police on a Marion County failure to appear felony warrant on a pending retail theft case and for alleged deceptive practice.
49-year-old Thomas Fields of South Hickory in Centralia posted $300 bond and was released on an outstanding Marion County misdemeanor warrant for possession of cannabis.
31-year-old Richard Givens, who told authorities he was homeless, was given a notice to appear for alleged criminal trespass to property.
