Marion County prosecutors have released a 20-year-old Odin man arrested by Salem Police on Wednesday for alleged predatory criminal sexual assault pending further investigation.
Salem Police Detectives say Collin Hodge of DeWolfe Street was arrested Wednesday night following questioning after voluntarily coming to the police station. He was detained at the Marion County Jail until Friday morning when he was released pending further investigation.
Salem Police and the Marion County State’s Attorney’s office have not yet released any further information on the decision.
