A fight in a cell at the Marion County Jail has led to one of the inmates allegedly involved facing a new charge of aggravated battery.
Austin Pruett of North Apple is accused of striking another inmate in the head with his hand on February 26th.
Pruitt remained in the Marion County Jail after being arrested last month for aggravated domestic battery.
Pruett had his bond increased to $15,000. The public defender was appointed to represent him.
