Centralia Police have arrested a 27-year-old Centralia man on multiple charges following a December 29th incident at a home on Maulding Drive.
Ethan Futhey of Nelms Street is being held in the Marion County Jail for domestic battery, theft, resisting arrest, two counts of criminal trespass to state-supported land, and criminal damage to property.
Police say all the charges stem from a December 29th incident at an apartment on Maulding Drive where he earlier had been trespassed. Futhey was accused of striking his girlfriend, damaging a dresser, and stealing her cell phone.
Futhey was taken into custody Wednesday afternoon when police were called to another domestic dispute at the Maulding Street address. He reportedly struck his girlfriend again. However, since the other charges were still pending she elected not to ask for any charges in the latest incident.
