Nashville Middle School is definitely no stranger to the atmosphere of a packed Hummer Waugh Gym at Rend Lake as they hoist a state championship. The 2021-22 edition has no lower expectations as they enter Friday’s opening night red hot dropping only one game on the season. Nashville will play in the night’s finale against Pinckneyville.
The first quarterfinal will see Vienna and St Clare School of O’Fallon at 3:30, followed by Christopher against either Anna or Goreville at 4:45 and then Aviston and Smithton at 6pm.
The semifinals will be held on Monday, January 24 with the trophy games on Friday, January 28.
