After Friday’s exciting comeback win to take their 2nd straight regional championship, the Lady Bobcats of Franklin Park (15-7) will take on Carmi-White County Middle School in the final opening round game of the Class L State Tournament on Saturday afternoon at 1:15.
Carmi won the Region 8 championship at Flora over Mt Carmel 48-20.
The day at Rend Lake will begin at 9:30 with Harrisburg and Waterloo. Carterville will take on O’Fallon Fulton at 10:45 followed at 12p by Hamilton County and Wolf Branch.
The winners will play Tuesday, January 25th in semifinal play with trophy games to be played on Saturday, January 29th at 9:30 and 11.
