The Salem Freshmen split their games with visiting Nashville on Saturday. In the opening game, Salem fell 37-35. Noah Nix led Salem with 11 and Lyric Black finished with 9.
In the 2nd game, Keaton Gullion found Colton Starnes on an inbounds pass with 2 seconds left to give Salem the lead and they held on to win 38-35. Ayden Rose led Salem with 11, Starnes finished with 8 and Owen Becker 7. The Salem Freshmen are 6-4 on the season.
