The KC Blue Devils improved to 10-2 overall and are 2-2 in the Region following Saturday’s 59-55 home win over Lincoln Trail. Chauncey Hughes had 13 in the win, Traeveon Jones 12 and Darius Duffy added 10. KC will be at home Wednesday hosting the Saints of Shawnee.
The Blue Angels beat Lincoln Trail as well 66-61 to improve to 7-3 overall and improved to 2-0 in the GRAC. Shaniah Nunn finished with 20 and Cassandra Sams 19. KC then beat Metro Community College on Sunday at the St Louis Shootout 67-56 to run their record to 8-3. The KC women are in action at 5pm Wednesday at home against Shawnee.
