The KC Blue Devils knocked off SWIC on the road 65-60 to improve to 9-2 and hand SWIC their first loss in 11 games. Payton Sheen led KC with 17 and Traeveion Jones and Chauncey Hughes each put in 13.KC will be home on Saturday against Lincoln Trail starting at 3pm.
The Blue Angels beat SWIC 69-65. Casandra Sams led the Angels with 13, Nyah Ford added 12 with 10 each from Jaelyn Thomas and Kyra Duncan. Shaniah Nunn pulled down 16 rebounds. Salem grad Chloe Harness had 9 points and 6 rebounds in 29 minutes for the Blue Storm. The KC women will open the day Saturday against Lincoln Trail hosting them at 1pm.
