Salem Girls drop third game in their invitational

The Salem Lady Wildcats dropped their third straight game to open the season in their own Thanksgiving Tournament.  They fell to Carterville 65 to 41.

Carterville’s Amayah Doyle led all scorers with 22 points.  Alecia Doyle added 19.

The Lady Cats also had two players in double figures.  Katelyn Biegelesien had 11 and Kayla Felgenhour 10.

The Salem Girls will play their final game in their tournament next Saturday at three pm.

In other games from the tournament, Centralia topped Highland 66 to 28.  Highland also fell to Teutopolis, 66 to 28.
