The Franklin Park Bobcats are back in action tonight in their first home game as they host South Central. The varsity Bobcats opened the season at the Rend Lake Shootout a week ago, while the 7th grade team won their first two games of the year Saturday winning the Greenville Tournament.
At the Centralia St Mary’s Tournament last night, North Wamac/Irvington/Grand Prairie beat New Horizon 48-37 to improve to 4-1 on the season. Amari Joy finished with 21 and Devin Konhorst added 18. The Indian Eagles will play today in the semifinals at 7:15 against Selmaville.
The Rockets advanced by knocking off Willow Grove 35-24 behind 20 points from Carter Lowe. TJ Taylor led the Wildcats with 13.
