Salem Police arrested a 55-year-old Centralia man on Friday on an outstanding federal parole violation warrant. James Horton of West 4th was taken into custody at the Days Inn after his car was located in the parking lot.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 36-year-old Cody Massie of Broadway in Fairfield on an outstanding Wayne County warrant for burglary. Bond is set at $75,000. A deputy had contact with Massie after he reportedly was seen changing a license plate on a car on Route 161.
