Centralia Police have arrested three Centralia residents after they were found inside a large storage unit in the 400 block of North Poplar where drugs were later allegedly found.

Those taken into custody are 25-year-old Parker Fields of North Beech Street as well as brother and sister 29-year-old Brandon and 23-year-old Courtney Rogozinski.  They both list a South Poplar Street address.   All three were charged with possession of methamphetamine and fentanyl, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine,  and possession of drug paraphernalia.   Fields, who attempted to run when police made contact with those in the storage unit, had an additional charge of resisting arrest added after attempting to run.

Centralia Police Chief Greg Dodson says police had been watching the storage units because of reports of people apparently living inside with a large amount of traffic indicating the potential for drug dealing.  Additional officers and detectives were called after an officer heard noises coming from inside the storage unit Friday morning.   After receiving consent to search, police saw drugs and pulled out until a search warrant could be issued.   At that point, police say they found 50 grams of methamphetamine ice, 15 to 16 fentanyl caplets, and $500 in cash.

All three remain in the Marion County Jail pending a decision on final charges.
