Raccoon Opens Season With Win Over Rome

In boys basketball, Raccoon opened their season with a 49-27 win over Rome.  Michael Organ finished with 23, Marquis Etress added 9 and Caden Lamb 7.  Rome won the JV game 33-32.  Alton Davis had 15 for Raccoon.

Franklin Park will open up their season tomorrow at the Rend Lake Shootout when they take on Grand Prairie/Irvington/North Wamac in varsity play.
