Two people were formally charged in Marion County Court on Wednesday with a burglary to a farmstead in the 7900 block of Brubaker Road in rural Iuka.
20-year-old Katlin Hollinshead of East 5th in Kinmundy has been charged with two counts of burglary to a building. She’s accused of entering the building on September 20th. A second count claims she or someone she is accountable returned on September 23rd.
22-year-old Kelby Firnhaber of Markland Street in Salem is charged with either entering the building himself or under the accountability theory on September 23rd.
Bond for Hollinshead was set at $7,500. Bond for Firnhaber was set at $5,000. Both were ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim if released. Both will be represented by the Public Defender.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Department says the investigation is on-going.
