Salem woman pleads guilty to felony obstructing justice charge

A 38-year-old Salem woman has pleaded guilty in Marion County Court to a felony obstructing justice charge.

Jennifer Brandon also known as Jennifer Sloat of North College Street admitted to giving a Marion County Sheriff’s Deputy a false name knowing she was wanted on a warrant.

Brandon was placed on two years second chance probation, given credit for time served, ordered to undergo drug and alcohol counseling and complete 30 hours of public service work.
