North Wamac/Irvington/Grand Prairie opened up their basketball season with a 54-21 win over Ashley. Amari Joy had 27 for the Indian Eagles in the win. Devin Konhorst finished with 15. The JV were also winners 46-4 to improve to 2-0 on the year. Azlynn Witthaus-Strait had 16 and Jacob Heern 10 in the win.
