Triad is the winner of the Class L State Baseball Tournament knocking off Marion 13-7 in the title game held at Centralia yesterday. Mascoutah took the 3rd place game over DuQuoin 17-7.
The Class L State Softball champion was Carterville after they beat Waterloo 8-1. Central Jr High of West Frankfort took the 3rd place game beating Triad 4-3.
