The Illinois Department of Revenue is launching a new website. Department spokesperson Maura Kownacki says the site has been modernized and features intuitive drop down menus, a virtual assistant to help answer questions and a Google translate in seven different languages.
“It’s a lot more user friendly and we believe the new design will greatly improve the user experienced by providing them with quick, relevant information as quickly as possible.”
The Department of Revenue’s website is: tax.illinois.gov and includes plenty of information about tax laws, filing your taxes, tax credit, forms and more.
