Christ Our Rock had a big night in Cross Country at the Chester Invitational. The girls won the event beating 13 other teams and edging Okawville 39-43 with Nashville 46 points finishing 3rd. All 5 girls medaled for the Lady Stallions with Sarah Mckowen winning the race. Kyle Eversgerd was 3rd, Rylee Brammeier 6, Abagail Meyer 11 and Mireya Rose ran her best race of the season in 22nd.
The boys team composed of 4 freshmen and 1 sophomore were 4th out of 14 teams. Nashville was the winning team with 29 followed by Columbia 75 and Freeburg 93. The boys had 3 medalists, Elijah Gregory 8th, Zerek Koch 10 and Isiah Lyons 14. Christ Our Rock also brought home for 2nd place in the combined boys/girls events.
