Bond was set at $25,000 for a 31-year-old Centralia man formally charged in Marion County Court on Thursday with burglary.

Zachary Hanks of North Broadway was the fourth to be charged in connection with a break-in to a building on Red Stripe Road in rural Odin on August 15th. If released on bond, Hanks was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim. He indicated he would hire his own attorney.

Sheriff’s Deputies say an investigation into the burglary is continuing. Some of the stolen items have been recovered.
