The Salem Wildcats will host their 2a boys golf regional today at the Salem Country Club. They will be joined by Althoff, Breese Central, Mater Dei, Centralia, Columbia, Freeburg, Mascoutah and Waterloo with qualifying teams and individuals advancing to the Effingham Country Club next week.
Also feeding into Effingham are regionals hosted by Olney at the Richland Golf Club, Mt Vernon is the host at Green Hills Golf Club, Taylorville will host at Lakeshore Golf Course as well.
In 1a Golf feeding into the Hamilton County Sectional at Green Hills will be Regionals at Spencer T Olin hosted by Alton Marquette; Effingham St Anthony at the Effingham Country Club which will include Altamont, Flora and North Clay; Waterloo Gibault hosts at Acorns Golf Links and that includes Christ Our Rock, Sandoval, and Wesclin; and at Anna Jonesboro held at Union County Country Club.
The 3a Regional at Arlington Greens will include Alton, Collinsville, East, West, Edwardsville, Granite City, O’Fallon and Quincy.
