A 28-year-old Sandoval man was arrested for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and no drivers license after his vehicle crashed into a ditch on Zion Hill Road in rural Centralia. The Marion County Sheriff’s Department had received reports of a car going into a ditch several times and traveling at a high rate of
speed before becoming stuck in the ditch on Zion Hill Road. Anthony Haag of South Fayette was taken to the Marion County Jail where he was later released after posting $250 bond.
A 26-year-old Walnut Hill man was arrested by Centralia Police on outstanding Marion and Clinton County felony warrants. Destrian Doza of Deerfield Road is wanted in Marion County for failure to appear for sentencing for a petition to revoke his probation on a possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. The Clinton County warrant is on a petition to revoke his probation on a theft charge. Total bond on the two warrants is $50,000.
43-year-old Charles Anderson of North Poplar in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police on a Marion County felony warrant on a petition to revoke his probation on a theft charge.
48-year-old Robert Sherman, who told Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies he was homeless, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for criminal trespass to property. Bond is set at $2,500.
