Bobcats Open Baseball Regionals Today In Flora

The Franklin Park Bobcats open regionals today at Flora against the top seed Pups.  Salem will play the first game at 2pm followed at 4:15 by Carmi against Mt Carmel.

Trenton is the site for the Region 8 tournament as Centralia takes on Wesclin at 4pm followed by Highland and Carlyle.

The Class S Altamont Lutheran regional opens today.  At the Salem Little League Complex, Selmaville will take on Iuka at 4pm followed at 6 by Raccoon/Kell taking on Sandoval.  At Central City, Odin/Patoka plays St Mary’s/Willow Grove with the winner getting top seed Altamont in Friday’s semifinal.

In Class M baseball at Nashville it was Okawville beating Lebanon 15-9 and will advance to take on the top seeded host Nashville today at 4:15.  The winner will play for the title on Monday against Aviston who beat Breese 13-0.

At Central City, Rome is the top seed and will await the winner of Wayne City and Ewing while Central City takes on Spring Garden in the other semifinal.
