The Salem Lady Cats earned another volleyball win to improve to 6-8 on the season beating Mt Vernon 29-27, 22-25, 25-9. The JV won in 2 sets and are now 4-3 and the freshman win puts them at 5-2.
The SC Lady Cougars fell to Windsor/Stew Stras 12-25, 19-25 to fall to 9-4 overall and 3-2 in the National Trail. Halle Smith had 6 kills, Olivia Brauer 8 assists and Brooklyn Garrett 7 digs. The JV improved to 8-1 with their 25-17, 25-18 win and the Fresh/Soph are 4-1-and-2 with a 25-11, 25-15 win. SC is at home against North Clay tomorrow.
