Salem Police arrested a Wamac man for Centralia Police on a felony theft charge following a Saturday traffic stop. Coleman Ross of Gompers Street was taken to the Marion County Jail. No details were immediately available about the theft arrest.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 45-year-old Rebecca Osborne of Brookside Avenue in Wamac for alleged possession of meth and on an outstanding Marion County felony warrant issued in a case where Osborne has pleaded guilty to possession of meth. The bond on the warrant was set at $3,000.
20-year-old Matthew Polk of Rhodes Street in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police on a Marion County felony warrant to revoke his probation on a robbery conviction.
30-year-old Dustin Blandford of Mills Cart Road in Salem was arrested by sheriff’s deputies on an outstanding burglary warrant dating back to 2013. He posted $250 bond and was released.
