Police Beat for Thursday, September 16th, 2021

Salem Police arrested a 44-year-old Bloomington man on an outstanding McLean County warrant for failure to appear on a dangerous drugs charge when investigating a trespassing complaint at a west side motel. Police say Erron Gilmer was talking with the person who had earlier been trespassed from the motel property. Gilmer is being held in lieu of $51,000 bond.

A 45-year-old Peoria woman has been transported from the Fayette County to the Marion County Jail on a failure to appear warrant in a pending possession of
methamphetamine case. Elizabeth Bent is being held in lieu of $15,000 bond.
