Three people arrested over the weekend were formally charged in Marion County Court with burglary offenses.
34-year-old Alexander Brown-Bergman of Maplewood Avenue in Salem and 24-year-old Timothy Sullens of East Mitchell in Salem were both charged with a Friday burglary to a building in the 2900 block of Green Street Road west of Lakeshore Drive in rural Centralia. They are also both charged with theft for allegedly taking less than $500 of tile flooring from the home that was undergoing renovation. Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies say the burglary was broken up in progress late Friday afternoon. Bond for Brown-Bergman was set at $7,500. Bond for Sullens at $2,500. Both were ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim or residence if released on bond. The public defender was appointed to represent them.
26-year-old Trevor Langford of Norton Road in Odin has been charged for his role in an August 15th burglary to a building in the 1600 block of Red Stripe Road in rural Odin. Bond was set at $7,500. Langford was also ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim or home if released from jail. A public defender was appointed to represent Langford.
