The Salem Lady Cat golfers traveled to Effingham Country Club on Monday afternoon to play against the Teutopolis Lady Shoes. The Lady Cats came away with a decisive 194 to 226 victory.
Kenzie Anderson claimed low medalist honors with a 39 and Alyssa Paul came in 2nd with a 48. The remaining Salem golfers were Maya Susmena with a 53, Mak Mann with a 54, Jaryn Haarmann with a 58, and Kylie Johnson with a 68.
So far, the Lady Wildcat Golfers are 5 and 1 in regular season play. The Lady Cats will host Effingham on Tuesday and West Frankfort on Wednesday at the Salem Country Club.
