By Bruce Kropp Sep 5, 2021 | 2:38 PM

A day of activities is planned for Monday as the Kinmundy Labor Day Celebration returns capped by the parade at two pm.

The South Central FFA has taken over the car show and activities in the park.   A chicken dinner once again will be held from 11 to one at the Lion’s Community Building.

Registration for the car show will be from nine to 11 at the Kinmundy City Park.  Awards will be handed out at one.   They include awards to the Top 50 entries as well as best of show and a number of other special awards.  There will be a goody bag and dash plaque for the first 130 registered.   Music will be provided by ‘Hot Rod Nights’.   There will also be games, bounce houses, and entertainment for the kids along with a number of vendors in the Kinmundy Park.

Those entering the parade must be at Lions Field before 1:30 PM to get lined up.
