Police Beat for Tuesday, August 24th, 2021

Salem Police arrested a 24-year-old Salem woman for felony disorderly conduct for filing a false police report when learning she had not truthfully reported details of an alleged violation of an order of protection. Rachel Howard of East Seneff was taken to the Marion County Jail to await a decision on any formal
charges.

29-year-old David Bosler of Nations Road in Salem was arrested on a Marion County felony failure to appear warrant for possession of meth. Bosler is being held in lieu of $10,000 bond.

25-year-old Aaron Moore of North Elm in Centralia posted $150 bond and was released after being arrested by sheriff’s deputies
on a Marion County traffic warrant.

The Marion County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a burglary at a home in the 5000 block of Woodard School Road in rural Salem. A nine millimeter Glock gun was reported stolen from a safe.
