Centralia Police arrested both occupants of a vehicle following an early morning traffic stop.
The driver, 26-year-old Zachary Higgins of Morton Lane in Kell, was arrested for unlawful possession of ammunition by a felon, driving on a revoked, or suspended license, and on a Marion County felony failure to appear warrants on three pending possession of controlled substance charges.
A passenger, 25-year-old Matthew Woods of South Maple in Centralia, was arrested for felony theft. No other details are available about that arrest.
Both were taken to the Marion County Jail to await further court action.
