The Salem Police Department is investigating an early Sunday morning burglary at the Salem Country Club.
Salem Police responded to an automatic alarm at 4:14 Sunday morning and found that entry had been made to the building. Nothing was immediately found missing.
Salem Police believe the alarm may have scared off those who planned the burglary.
There was no one around when police arrived.
There was some damage where entry was made to the building.
