The Marion County Health Department is reporting one new COVID-19 case on Wednesday. Administrator Melissa Mallow says the disease was passed by a household or close contact. There are now six active cases in Marion County. One is hospitalized and five are on home isolation.
Jefferson County is reporting one new case on Wednesday and two on Thursday. Three are currently in isolation.
The Washington County Health Department has released a weekly update for June 8th through the 16th. There are two active cases, which are the only two currently in isolation.
The Fayette County Health Department is reporting nine new cases for the week ending on Tuesday.
