In 1a girls soccer today Columbia will be the site for the Super Sectional matchup at 7pm between Alton Marquette and Belleville Althoff. The winner advances to the State Final Four on Friday to play West Chicago at Hoffman Estates.
In 2a, Triad is into the State semifinals after their 2-0 win over Chatham Glenwood at Urbana. They will play at 2:30 at Palatine Fremd on Friday against St Viator with Joliet Catholic and St Ignatius playing in the other semi.
O’Fallon is in the 3a Final Four at Northbrook as Josie Nieroda socred 2 goals in the Lady Panthers 2-1 win over Naperville North. They will play at Hoffman Estates on Friday against tonight’s winner between Libertyville and New Trier. St Charles East and Barrington are in the other Super Sectional tonight.
