The South Central Cougars will take their 21-3 record on the road today when they travel to Bethany to take on Okaw Valley with first pitch slated for 4:30. The winner advances to the Sweet 16 on Friday to take on the winner of North Clay and Cumberland who also play today.

In 2a, a pair of Cahokia schools look to keep their runs alive. Freeburg is at home with Newton while Columbia travels to Teutopolis. In other action, Harrisburg hosts Zeigler, Paris at Maroa, Nashville hosts Carterville and Sacred Heart Griffin at home with Pana.
In 3a, the Mt Vernon Rams will look to continue their post-season run when they are at Triad for a game starting at 4:30. Mascoutah welcomes Charleston.
