The Salem Wildcats Tennis Team will compete at the Carbondale 1a Sectional today and tomorrow. Salem will join the hosts along with Centralia, Mt Vernon, Carmi, Fairfield, Herrin, Marion and Mt Carmel.
Centralia finished up their regular season at 12-2 with their 5-4 win over Greenville. Centralia took wins in singles from Louis LePage, Chase Fischer and Reed Dearing with the doubles teams of Ethan Dobbs/Brock Milburn no along with Dearing and Dane Burrus.
Flora and Olney will be competing at the Effingham Sectional.
Belleville West will be the Sectional site for the 2a large schools in the Metro East.
