In regular season play, South Central improved to 19-3 with a 10-5 win at Woodlawn. The Cougars trailed 4-1 after 2 innings but scored 7 over the next two frames to earn the win. Chase Dodson homered twice in the victory driving in 4. Brandt Hiestand and Chase Thompson also had RBI. Beau Jolliff was the starting pitcher and earned the win going 3 innings scattering 4 hits and allowing 4 earned runs. Hiestand and Chase Dodson closed the game out.
