The Salem 11u went 2-1 over the weekend. It started with a 12-3 win over the Centralia Express. Nicholi Marenka went 2-2 with 2 RBI. Salem also had runs driven in by Scout Puricelli, Caleb Squibb, Kyler King and Avery East.
They then completed the sweep with a 4-2 win in the night cap. Salem got 2 hits and 2 runs from King in the victory. Logan Butts added a hit along with Silas Lux, Landon White and Jaxon Ward.
On Saturday, Salem fell to the Clinton County Bombers 18-2. In the loss, Salem got 2 hits from King as they were out-hit 22-9 in the game.
