The Salem Wildcats return to conference play today hosting Breese Central after knocking off Odin 3-0 on Monday. The JV boy will play at Breese.
The SC Cougars improved to 8-2 with a 10-1 win over Webber and are now 4 wins shy of both 1000 wins as a school since consolidation as well as 800 wins for Curt Jones, all at SC. Sebastian Cowger drove in 3 with 2 RBI from Sam Rubin. Also driving in runs were Chase Dodson, Andrew Magnus, Hunter Cripe, Amos Blomberg and Brandt Hiestand. Beau Jolliff, Spencer Johannes, Cowger and Hiestand worked on the mound in the win.
Congratulations to South Central senior Sebastian Cowger who signed a letter of intent to play baseball next year at Lewis and Clark.
