A 34-year-old Odin woman has been arrested by Salem Police for felony retail theft. Police say Laura Spitler of O’Fallon Street had been sought by police following a February 2nd incident at the
Dollar General Store in Salem. She was located by police while on foot Monday night and taken into custody. The charge was a felony because of past theft convictions.
