A 28-year-old Sandoval man has been arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies for alleged aggravated domestic battery. Deputies received a report early Wednesday about an earlier incident at a home in Junction City where Justin Patten of Old U.S. 51 reportedly held a knife to the throat and threatened one of the occupants. The victim received what were believed to be minor injuries but did not require hospital treatment. Patten was taken to the Marion County Jail.
A 19-year-old Kinmundy man, Louis Kruger of Hollowell Road, was arrested by sheriff’s deputies for alleged violation of an order of protection and on an outstanding Fayette County warrant.
