Yesterday’s game between the Eastern Illinois Panthers and Western Illinois Leathernecks gave way for Eastern’s third win in their basketball season, nearly pulling them to match their four losses. The 92-88 win was incredibly close, with notable scorers on each side. Josiah Wallace had 22 points for Eastern, along with Justin Brookens who held 37 points for Western. Eastern’s next game will be on Monday, December 21st against SIUE.
