Charles “Chuck” D. Sullivan of Oxford, Florida (formerly of Salem) passed away on June 24, 2022.
He was born in Brubaker, Illinois November 2, 1935, to A.L. Sullivan and Mary (Thompson) Sullivan.
He is survived by two sons, Charles B. Sullivan and Robert D. Sullivan, both of Florida. He is also survived by three granddaughters, Christina Parrish, Ashley Sullivan, Carly Sullivan, and one great-granddaughter, Kaylani Parrish, all of Florida.
He was preceded in death by his first wife Virginia (Flanagan) Sullivan and second wife Donna (Livesay) Sullivan.
