Lois Toler, age 86 of Salem, passed away on June 22, 2022 at her home with her family by her side. Lois was of the Pentecostal Faith. She was a feeder at World Color Press where she retired after working there for over 20 years. Lois enjoyed reading her Bible, and her faith was very important to her. She was a very strong Donald Trump supporter.
Funeral services for Lois Toler will be held on Monday, June 27, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Crouse Funeral Home in Salem. Burial will follow at East Lawn Cemetery in Salem. There will be a visitation held on Sunday the 26th at the funeral home from 5:00-7:00p.m. Memorial contributions can be made to the Faith Tabernacle Church in Flora Church and can be left at the funeral home. Survivors include her children, Joy Thompson and husband Greg of Nashville, TN, Rachel Rodriguez and husband Roger of Salem, Mark Toler of Las Angeles, CA, and Paul Toler of Salem; grandchildren, Brandon Keel, Amanda Nance and husband Bam, Derek Toler, Blake Toler, Justin Rodriguez, Carmen Rodriguez; great grandchild, Laney Lois Nance.
Lois was born on October 19, 1935 in Salem, IL the daughter of Clifford and Mary Dean (Smith) Phelps. She married Frank Delano Toler and he preceded her in death. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
