A 44-year-old Granite City man has been sentenced to 18 months in prison after pleading guilty in Marion County Court to a felony theft charge.
David Patterson admitted to having control over a stolen four wheeler with a prior theft conviction. As part of the plea, a burglary charge for entering a building in the 3000 block of Iuka Road in January 2019 was dropped.
As part of the plea, Patterson will receive day for day goodtime for time already served. The sentence will run concurrently with a sentence handed down on a Madison County felony charge.
