The 15th Annual Memorial Celebration Service will be held at 10:30 Saturday morning at Elmwood Cemetery.
The program “A Time of Remembrance” will honor Veterans from all wars who are buried in Elmwood Cemetery.
Centralia Police Officer Andrew Brandt will be the guest speaker. He has been n the Army National Guard for the past six years.
Mayor Bryan Kuder will provide the welcome and will join Wamac Mayor Jackie “Butch” Mathus and Central City Mayor Gary Hall for the placement of the wreath.
Joey Taylor will provide the music, Reverend Val Powe the opening and closing prayer and the Centralia VFW and American Legion the Color Guard and Three Volleys Salute. The program will conclude with the playing of TAPS.
