Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a 21-year-old Salem woman for obstructing ID following a traffic stop at College and Schwartz in Salem Thursday night. Anna Hill of West Warmouth Street was also ticketed for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and no registration light. She was given a notice to appear and released from the Marion County Jail.
